In addition to the a la carte menu, 1601 Bar & Kitchen offers a prix fixe multi-course Chef’s Tasting Menu at $95 per person. In keeping with our explorations of Sri Lankan cooking, the menu is varied but primarily seafood and vegetable focused. We are happy to create a vegetarian or vegan tasting menu upon advance request (24 hours’ notice). We encourage you to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation.
